The earlier bonus tracks were studio tracks were originally included on Indian Summer, and were 'spare' when the Live tracks from that album were released as Live At The Roxy. When Indian Summer was finally released on CD, they returned to their original home.

Variants of the above can be found; Robert A. Ripps reports a 1993 "Razor & Tie" label release, with the same tracks 1-9, but track 10 is Here In Angola, 11 Pandora and 12 Indian Summer - that version missed Delia's Gone and Princess Olivia.
